We have been using this excellent service for a few years now. Honest owner, never ever tries to add on extra costs. On time, has a scheduler that will follow up with questions you may have. He is very very busy and as of this week the next appointment was in May. Well worth the wait if you want someone that will tell you the truth and give you a fair price for repairs....if needed. Marge & John Bob is amazing. He does a great job, is always dependable and shows up when he says. He is honest and only does what needs to be fixed. I always recommend him to our friends. Thank you Bob

Bob was dispatched to our house to fix our heater. The fan was constantly kicking on and off. Bob was able to replace the wornout parts, explain what he had done and why. He also installed a replacement for our failing thermostat. Bob was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate everything he did for us.
