I had 8 windows installed 04 March 2024 by installers Marcus and Nate - I couldn't be happier with the results. First the quality of the windows were exactly what I wanted - with NO pressure of an upsale by Elias. I went with Anlin - Milgard. On installation day, the 2 man crew showed on time, covered all work areas with plastic, explained the install day, and started straight away. All windows were installed, areas cleaned and vacuumed, windows cleaned, and final inspection done by 4:15PM. The entire day took less than 8 hours to complete the install. American Vision Windows of Arizona installed new windows for my mother-in-law today and she was extremely pleased with their service. Erik and Adrian were very polite, took care of her finicky blinds, put down plastic to keep the walkway clean, vacuumed her carpet when they were done, cleaned up the yard, showed her how to operate the new windows, and overall did a great job! Today our 7x8' custom window was installed. Which required the broken shattered window to be removed first, and not one bit of the broken pane fell out! Thank you Job Morales, Justin, Nate, Marcus and Tom. Their professional experience was necessary and obvious as the window weighed 550 lbs. The window fit exactly and was cleaned and sparkling! We are delighted!
