Alfonso really went above and beyond to ensure we had a top tier experience. Really enjoyed our massage at Scottsdale Spa and champagne at the pool. Beautiful views and very relaxing experience. Judy and Paoulina are very knowledgeable and great therapists. Highly recommend
Place was clean overall. The staff were friendly, however, the service itself was mediocre. They also require you give $25 tip upfront. This allows the masseuse to put little effort in while still getting a tip. I had a prenatal massage.
My husband and I got a Groupon for a couples massage for Valentines Day and were finally able to use it. We both have conflicting schedules and the spa was booked out pretty far. Our Groupon expired in May but the staff allowed us to still use it as long as we had booked before the expiration date. We both agree the massages were good and worth the cost of the Groupon. I didn't get my person's name but they did a great job and I was fully relaxed. I did feel it was only 4 stars worth because the pool area and hot tub were nothing to write home about.
