A friend recommended Red Mountain to me, and I couldn't be more pleased! My AC stopped working in the middle of July. The office staff was very polite, and professional when I called to set up my estimate to replace my AC unit. John met me at home early, so I wouldn't have to rearrange my work schedule. He took measurements and talked about what unit would best fit my home. I had an email with a quote for two different units, with what the cost would be. The first-floor AC units decided to stop working at the worst time, June 22nd at midnight. This new generation doesn't understand the meaning of 27/4. From 12 am to 7 am I was on the phone trying to get one of these so call 24/7 AC repair guys to schedule a dispatch. By this time my wife felt the heat and was not having it. She reminded me, "We're having a house full of people start Friday and I am not paying for hotel rooms." Now the repair has become a complete install. My last call was to Red Mountain Air Condition.
