A friend recommended Red Mountain to me, and I couldn't be more pleased! My AC stopped working in the middle of July. The office staff was very polite, and professional when I called to set up my estimate to replace my AC unit. John met me at home early, so I wouldn't have to rearrange my work schedule. He took measurements and talked about what unit would best fit my home. I had an email with a quote for two different units, with what the cost would be. I was very pleased with how I didn't feel pressured to purchase. I was able to get scheduled quickly. The techs who came to do the install were efficient, and very knowledgeable. At the end of the job they went over the equipment, to make sure I knew how everything worked. I can say with confidence that I fully recommend Red Mountain!
