James called me back and came over the same day and cleaned a wet carpet from a leaking AC unit. He did a great job (perfectly clean) for a good price. He is very personable and easy to get along with. We’re lucky to have him in Fountain Hills.

He is a hard worker, conscientious, on time, and will do everything possible to rid your upholstery of all serious stains and make it look new again.
