I called due to my dog being injured and was scheduled the same day, the office staff was friendly and nice! The Dr took time and addressed all questions and concerns. Also was given an affordable option for medication.
When our regular vet was too busy to see our dog in an emergency situation we called North Valley and they got her right in to ICU. We have no doubt they saved our dogs life that day. Highly recommended. Thank you to the whole staff
I just got my pooble mix fixed and they were a very sweet staff. Very informative. Told me all I'd need to know about after care and took care of my baby inara when she was in there. Thank you guys for having a great crew and being so on it.
