Called By Choice on a Sunday morning. Kevin was out within an hour. Our system was 14 yrs old & he diagnosed we needed replacement of several items. Knowing he wasn't able to fix it immediately, he provided 2 portable units to keep indoor temp tolerable. First thing Monday morning he provided complete estimates for various repair options. We opted to go with a complete new HVAC system. Kevin & Corey were out with the new system at 10am & all was up & running by 3pm! Super friendly, professional service & reasonable pricing. We love to support local business operators who do great work.

Wanted to have my AC serviced before the blazing heat picked up. Called By Choice Air and Kevin was very helpful on the phone and reassuring. He even possibly suggested not even needing service based off of some verbal diagnostic items. Regardless, for peace of mind, I had them come out. Cory was super nice, very informative and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. Price was very reasonable and service was great! Highly recommend!

Our AC went out during the first 114’ day here in Mohave Valley. Called Kevin and ask for help. He responded to our home asap from another job. Repaired our system and made sure it was up to his personal standards. Thank goodness for Kevin. Thank you for the fantastic service.
