These people are SLUM LORDS not to mention horrible contractors. They are renting out a rat infested home with no stove and BAD ac/heat. On Tanglewood in bullhead. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. the girl they hired stole from them and they were so desperate that they hired her back! They will steal your money! They come to fix stuff all the time and it's always just a bandaid never really fixes it. ZERO STARS

Never use this company,they tried to hustle me for thousands of dollars. They were sent out by my home warranty company. Got the heater running then turned it off and said I needed a whole new unit. At a cost of 2,200$ to me over what the warranty company would pay. I called another company and they fixed it for 350$ fully covered by the warranty.

It has been how many years of bad reviews and this company is still in business, how can that be? Guess they must hang on by all of the crap jobs they do for Old Republic Home Warranty. They show up late. Don't have the right equipment. What more needs to be said. If you need a repair company, start with Z in the business directory and work your way up, because, you will most likely find at least a competent repair company for your AC/Heating needs. If I could give this company zero or negative stars they would have a bunch of them. And as far as Old Republic Home Warranty, don't even bother wasting your money on them. They not only use this sub-par company for their warranty work, they also don't provide all of the right equipment. Yeah, right, replace a condenser unit and hook it up to a completely different brand A-Coil. Smart right? No. Not only that, illegal under the new Federal Laws and it voids the warranty on the new condenser unit. Great Job Old Republic Home Warranty! But if you enjoy bad service and rude conversation Old Republic Home Warranty is the place to go. They make it as hard for you to get your repairs done and then make up excuses of why. Maybe Old Republic Home Warranty is run by 3rd graders that haven't developed a brain yet, but I guess all they really care about is the MONEY. Who in their right mind would pay a service contractor BEFORE the work was even started? I know this review is supposed to be about ARGO, but as far as I can tell, they are both at fault for shoddy service, since Old Republic Home Warranty requires their customers to use this "business". Strange that you can't even find a local address or business location for this place other than a house in a gated community. Funny place for a "WAREHOUSE", wonder whether the HOA is aware of it. How was it possible that they didn't realize they had gotten the equipment that was ordered from Old Republic Home Warranty, the house isn't that big. Then they schedule an appointment only after we had to complain to Old Republic Home Warranty since it had already been a month. Then the equipment miraculously appears and they call to schedule the install. First from 9-12, then they call and ask if 12-3 would work since they were delayed at another job. Then they show up at 4:30 and expect to install the equipment. When questioned they were only going to install the condenser unit and that the A-Coil wasn't even considered to be replaced. Really? I guess they can get away with that BS with a lot of people, but that just didn't hold any water with us. We told them (ARGO) to take a hike. We'll hire some other company that can actually do the work and do it right. And as far as Old Republic Home Warranty they can take a hike as well, don't waste your money on these this bottom feeder company. Just another rip off insurance company and their crooked companions.
