Shame on you, Florence nails! I was quoted over the phone for services and came in for a pedi. I watched one of the techs taking care of her client-she was very thorough, and detail-oriented. When my tech came to me, she rushed through it, giving me the worst pedicure that I have ever had. Then she OVER CHARGED ME-really?! I still tipped 15% which came out to 30% gratuity after she took me for an extra $5.00. What a joke-CACA! If you're going to rob your clients at least have the decency to provide the service that they are paying for.

I walked in, waited less than 5 minutes and had the absolute best experience! 20% was a big help and the gentleman who did my nails was awesome. I recently moved to Florence and am happy to patronize a local small business!!

My experience was absolutely amazing. I got a manicure and pedicure with a reference photo and it was beautiful. They took their time and got every detail right. My nails are not bumpy or mishaped, and I got gems on, two weeks later and they stayed! Even the gems on my toes! 20/10 do recommend.Services: Pedicure
