When I enrolled with WM I had several calls making sure I had everything set up to inform of my first pick up and provided the fees. Appeared very caring and wanted to make sure it all went smoothly.
WM said I was past due on my bill because I cancelled my credit card due to unauthorized charges. I tried giving WM a new card via their phone system but the system kept saying I owed nothing. However, I kept getting emails saying I owed money. I had to try closing my account before I could get a customer representative to give WM a new card. WM is not customer friendly!!
Living in a rural area I am very pleased with WM. They will come down our 1 mile of dirt road, driving slow to keep down the dust issues as well. I have the 1 yard dumpster on a bi-weekly basis. No one else has a dumpster that size.Services: Dumpster rental
