“Can I give more than five stars? I have a vet in the valley I usually take my baby girl to, but we came into a situation I needed a vet up here. Everything happens for a reason... Even if I move back to the valley, the two hour drive back to this clinic is worth it. I love my dog a little too much, I know that and I can recognize that. I was scared for her, although I didn't need to be, and I was torn. They didn't only take care of my pup but me too, lol. They assured me and comforted me. They didn't even rush me out after the check out. They just let me talk about her for a good minute. Made me feel comfortable about our situation. They called me a couple of days later. Made sure she was good. My normal vet doesn't do that, he expects you to update him. Small to intense medical issues I would trust this clinic. And I mean that to the bottom of my heart. My furry little companion is extremely important to me and I would literally put her life in this staffs hand.“

“Dr. Baker is the very best vet in town. She goes above and beyond to be affordable, considerate, thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and above all, a genuinely kind human being. She has cared for many of my cats and dogs, and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear that her number one priority is their health and well-being. She instantly gave me a second opinion when my cat was seeking emergency treatment from another vet while he was clearly losing his life from a mis-diagnosis. She quickly saw him, properly diagnosed him, and he instantly got better. I am eternally grateful, and will continue to encourage anyone in town to go to her for their beloved fur-children. “My dogs have seen several of the vets at West Side and it has all been amazing care. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.“

“Adopted a stray cat we found in pretty dire straits in Roswell on a road trip from Ohio to Sedona, AZ and they were able to get us in the day of on an emergency visit, got our little guy up to date on all his vaccinations, and were incredibly hospitable through the entire process. Every single member of the staff here are absolute rockstars, I wish they weren't 1500+ miles away from us at home or I would absolutely make them my primary care provider for our cats!“
