I like to come in super early to get my hot and cold on before work when I can.
Nice hot outdoor jacuzzi then airdry in the cold morning air before sunrise.
Super hot steam and sauna in locker room are great too!
Indoor jacuzzi was down this morning to about 85 but it felt great after the heat treatment. I was talking with a guy in the sauna and he spoke about an ice plunge. Said,other places here and there have them and they feel awesome.
Maybe keep the water cool in the indoor jacuzzi to give it a whirl?? Just a thought.
Oh,and was talking with a guy at the desk and asked if I could borrow a racket one of these days to try the court out? I used to play a little a long time ago and remember that it was real fun! I think I still have a ball that I found while we were doing some of the remodel there.
I had a chance to try some of new equipment too,good stuff! ?
