I absolutely love the Physio Shop. Today I graduated, after six months of training with Jason and I’m so sad to go!! I have learned so much in that short amount of time. The people there really know their stuff! It’s a casual, laid back environment which is really nice as well. You feel comfortable doing your exercises, which for me was really important. I would recommend The Physio Shop to anyone looking for Personal Training or Physical Therapy.
These guys and gals are awesome. They helped me get through the summer so that I could finish sports for the year and after my surgery they helped me again. They are very knowledgeable about the back injury I had and did everything I needed to get back to 100%. I recommend this place ALL DAY!!!!
