Exceptional service! Very friendly team from the receptionist answering the phone and scheduling to the guys that showed up to actually do the work. We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! The carpets, couch and headboard look awesome and we are super pleased with the price as well. Definitely would use TG's again.

In 2021 we had a pipe burst behind our laundry room wall, causing extensive damage throughout our 2-bedroom townhome. TG's was referred to us by our plumber to help us navigate the insurance and repairs that would be necessary. I do not know how we would have navigated this process without the professional expertise of this company, specifically the owner, Loretta. She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. We were also faced with labor shortages, supply delays and slow insurance reimbursement but she magically made it all work. She exceeded our expectations in everything she handled. Whenever we hit a bump in the road, she had a potential solution and was cheerful and extremely knowledgeable in her field. We HIGHLY recommend Loretta and her company if you ever have water damage and need a remediation company.

So glad we found this awesome local business to clean our tile and sectional. The customer service was exceptional from the very first inquiring phone call with Loretta, to the service provided by our professional cleaner, to the final call where I was able to pay my invoice over the phone. We will definitely be having them back! - can't say enough about these guys!
