If you're looking for a quality roofer with integrity who you can trust, I can't say enough about John Grider, estimator for SureBuild in Cottonwood, and their company. We have a brand new Sedona home done by a different roofer that had an issue with the composite canopy portions of our roof from day one. After the inspector flagged it and the original roofer sent crews out four separate times with issues persisting after each patchwork job, we were so frustrated we decided to cut bait, even if it meant having to pay out of pocket. Or so we thought. John and Surebuild came highly recommended. But to our surprise he wouldn't take the job. Instead he advised us to let the original roofer do the repairs in order to not void the warranty, and instead offered to come out to meet with us and the builder to offer a neutral opinion on what needed to be done to make the roof sound. He did this without ever badmouthing the other roofer or his crew, just an objective opinion on what industry standards should have been and what it would take to bring it up to them. He did this, I will add, at no cost. Thanks to his counsel, we were able to come to an agreement with the original roofer on what needed to be addressed. John even offered to come out afterward and look things over, which he did, and gave us huge peace of mind since he did see a couple of issues but otherwise felt the workmanship this time was done right. Who does this sort of thing? Someone with integrity. Someone who does quality work and stands by it, and expects others to do the same. I hope our roof long outlasts the warranty being so new. But once it's time for maintenance or repair, John and SureBuild will be our first call.

Great crew, beginning with the guys in the office all the way to the last shingle installed on our roof. John is great, the roofers are awesome and our historic bungalow in Clarkdale has never looked more handsome. Thank you, SBR! I will recommend you to all!
