I have had issues with my eyes for years and was at another eye place. They were adequate but not helpful. I switched to Smart Specs because I began having more significant issues. OMG!! I went to get my new glasses adjusted since they were misaligned and my right lens kept popping out of the frame. They took their time and fixed them the best they could, taking care not to break my carbon fiber frame. Very grateful for the folks at Smart Specs!

I want to thank the lady that helped us yesterday. My daughter is on a trip with her school passing through flagstaff and lost her glasses. It was so traumatic because she cannot see. She was so sad because she would not be able to see the Grand Canyon. They were so helpful. By the time I called my resourceful daughter had already called, they had her prescription called her doctor and found a solution. I am forever grateful. While I didn’t get her name I hope she reads this and know she saved the day. Thank you.
