I have attended a Nami Ryu training seminar here at Sanrin Mountain Dojo and it was an amazing experience! In under a weekend my level of understanding the Nami Ryu principles vastly improved. For anyone who wants to learn the Samurai arts including swordsmanship and jujutsu this is the place to come. My life has changed for the better since joining Nami Ryu and I highly recommend anyone in the Flagstaff area to attend Sanrin Mountain Dojo.

I began training with Jim O'Connell Sensei at the Dojo of the Four Winds in Encinitas years ago, before he established his dojo in Flagstaff. I continue to train under him at every opportunity. If you are in the Flagstaff area or can travel from Phoenix to train at his dojo, by all means do so. If you want to learn practical Japanese jujutsu that really works or you want to learn Japanese swordsmanship, this is the place to go.
