Kept me healthy through a heavy season of triathlon training and racing. Very targeted approach based off of anatomic knowledge, understanding of sport specific demands and experience working with athletes.
I am a professional track athlete with Nike and the group I train with comes to Flagstaff at least once a year. We have used Michael for our massage therapy every time because he’s that good! Not only is he great at targeting areas of our bodies that need extra attention, he’s friendly, easy to communicate with and makes you feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of a massage in the area!
Michael is a game-changer! I injured my back last year and he has since helped me through the healing process and has been a part of my body maintenance ever since. Communication is key! I just let him know what is hurting, sore, or muscle areas that are tight. He has always been able to narrow down the responsive areas/muscles to then help me feel better and ready to tackle my adventures/workouts. I also appreciate how respectful he is to make me feel safe as a woman. SUPER thankful to him for his care, communication, and consistency! 110% recommend Michael to everyone I talk to that is needing restorative body help or maintenance.
