I have used this company for many years now and have always been pleased with Thane;s company. I've enjoyed meeting Thane's dad when he assisted him a couple of times. Thane is very professional and fixed my new carpet after my son's puppy chewed a hole in it. After 8 years, you still can't see where the repair took place. Thane is so easy to work with and I love talking to him. My carpets never looked better.

Premier Carpet Cleaning charged me about half of what the most highly-rated cleaners in Flagstaff estimated my job would cost, and the quality of the job they did was still excellent! I am very pleased. They picked up the phone the first time I called and answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment immediately. Thane explained the steps in the job they were doing for me and taught me how to clean and care for my carpets on my own. They removed several spots I wasn’t able to remove myself, including a large, dark grease spot left by silly putty that I had worked on several times on my own! I am very pleased.
