I first met the owner, Nicole, a few years ago when she corrected a botched box hair color that I decided to do myself 😅 she has transformed my hair into everything I have wanted! She also cares extremely about the health of my hair! She recommends the best products to keep my hair healthy and strong! She also did my daughters first hair cut a few months ago and was wonderful with her! My daughter was very comfortable and still, to this day, talks about how gentle Nicole was and keeps asking when she can have another haircut!! We love Platinum Beauty! We won’t go anywhere else ❤️
