While installing a shelf bracket in a closet on a Sunday afternoon, I drilled into the water line inside the wall. We called John and he arrived quickly, had all the best tools, and completed the entire repair in less than one hour. John is honest, highly skilled, and calm. He works quickly and carefully. John came over on a Saturday and fixed our plumbing. He was running up against a hard clog in our pipe and he didn't stop until he got through it even though he was forced to switch machines several times. Then once our pipes were clear he had us flush the toilets and do a load of laundry before he left just to make sure we would have any other issues. We were blown away by his professionalism and skill
