The professionals who are providers are just excellent, but trying to arrange any sort of appointment is just sheer hell ... system seems to be broken. I would guess that you need a new practice manager to straighten the mess of just trying to get to someone that can help you. Messages get dropped. Phone calls don't get returned. Random people may/may not call. The practice is dysfunctional, but the professionals are superb. Ironic.

Erin was amazing and took her time discussing everything in detail with me. It’s not often I feel like doctors are not just rushing through to get to the next patient. I really felt cared about.

If you're wondering what happened to Mountain Heart Cardiology, it's at the same address but the name now isNorthern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group Cardiology. My review is simple and short. I needed to have my heart looked at so I made an appointment. Went to my appointment. There wasn't a lot of talking, there wasn't a lot of warmth from the staff but I wasn't going there to make friends I was going there for a echocardiogram on my heart. So, they checked all the boxes when it came to them being proficient, they were on time, the place was clean and they did their jobs well.
