I've been seeing their massage therapist, Phil, for several months now. He's AMAZING! I've had a gnarly kink in my neck for about 5 years, the worst of it being this last year. Over the months he has worked on getting my neck squared away, and it's been getting so much better. I can sleep on my side again! Haha.

“I wanted a medium pressure and asked to stay off my spine. The pressure was really hard and I asked that she ease up some and she did in that spot, but went back to being very hard everywhere else I was very sore afterwards. She is one I wouldn't use again.“

Finding her spot is a little tricky as it’s in an underground suite of businesses tucked between others. She provided text instructions to find it which was sooo helpful! I’ve never seen that provided by other spa service places. Sequoia was very warm and friendly upon arrival. She asked about what I wanted in the massage and asked about my birth and postpartum journey. She provided a pregnancy pillow to lay on my stomach on for comfort since I’m freshly postpartum. She also provided cupping which was such a nice touch; I had never had that service anywhere before! The massage itself was so nice and stress-relieving. The pressure was great; neither too soft nor too much. Her music choices were awesome! Rather than the typical waterfall spa sounds, it was a chill mix of my fav type of music (indie/ stomp and holler). She promotes and collaborates with other local, women-owned businesses which I love. Such a great experience! I’ll definitely be going back!“

“I always look forward to my visits to Spatique. The staff are welcoming and very capable, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I usually have the exact same treatment (lash tinting) every time, but I've tried some other treatments as well, and they've been really good. I've been mostly seeing Emily for the last year or so, and she's great!“

Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I wish I could take Carmen with me for the rest of my bicycle tour. If you are in Flagstaff, don't pass up the opportunity to have this maestra work on you!“
