(Formally Kokoro Movement) I have a very unique massage practice that integrates a multitude of different practices to help you move without pain setting a new standard for sports massage therapy. I start each session with a muscle testing assessment that accurately pinpoints the site that is causing your pain. This is important because, from what I’ve learned through hours and hours of education, pain is where something ended up, not where it started. Most of the time, it’s the symptoms that are being treated, not the cause. Once we have relieved the cause of your pain, we begin a movement practice that will help you stay out of pain. We do this because, you’re not in pain while you’re on my table, you’re in pain while you’re moving.
