I have finally found a hairdresser. Who knows what she's doing! Kristal, at fantastic Sams in Flagstaff is amazing! I am 72 years old and I've never had a haircut this good. Thank you for your sweetness, kindness and compassion, and your amazing artistic abilities, Kristal❤️

Tanya did a great job cutting my hair. She was personable, upbeat, and has a great sense of humor. She was able to pull my 9 year old into relevant conversations that were lighthearted and fun. And encouraged her in the right direction. She even made time to cut her hair and teach her about how to care for her hair. Thank you, Tanya!
