They are responsive, professional, flexible, helpful, trustworthy, our place has 5-star reviews on cleanliness, and overall, they are just awesome people!!! They make my life so much easier. Just left Flagstaff a few days ago and left with a GLOWING IMPRESSION of Gregory Emerson and Emerson Cleaning. Was up the hill this past weekend to help my daughter move from one apartment to another which should have been a slam dunk and no-brainer. BUT BUT...given the scarcity of living spaces and the high cost of them sometimes decisions are made that need to be reviewed and checked again. The apartment we were moving into was a sub-lease arrangement where daughter was pick up the existing contract/lease from the current renter. She was promised and assured the NEW PLACE would be professionally cleaned and spotless! (Hey, don't jump ahead readers!) Well with the professional off duty Fire professionals who would be moving from the Old-To-New Crib all lined up and vetted and were 30 minutes out from the Old Apt. my daughter calls me at the New Place with U-Haul Truck in tow emotionally devastated for the NEW APT. was a pigsty! On a scale of #1-#10 with #1 being a Surgical Operating Room..this place as an #8! A dumpster fire with cans of gas stored within it. So,ole Dad reassured daughter that WE can figure this one out and I just need about 15-20 minutes. So got my YELP Website up and running and started calling. Now Flagstaff not a big user of Yelp so looking for a Vendor with 10-20 reviews pretty much non-existent so when one is in those type of cities YOU ARE DRIVING BLIND calling businesses with #1-3 Reviews if lucky! By my eighth call I hit Emerson Cleaning and there was something about the message that welcomed and greeted me. The voice was warm, congenial, professional and VERY RE-ASSURING! And, since I had a Dumpster Fire going on and it was a last-minute request; I knew that the probability of finding anyone on Monday at last minute would be a HAIL MARY PASS and that was a hopeful thought. I resigned myself to accepting having to push my Flagstaff visit out a couple more days and begin cleaning the New Apartment myself with Daughter. I was hoping maybe I could find a helper or referral who could jump in and begin the cleaning project while continuing into the next day so maybe by Tuesday Night or Wednesday morning we could get moved into this place? Well in 5 minutes got a message from Gregory Emerson who was very understanding since he was a Dad too and understood the emotional timber involved on both ends of this disaster. He told me he could call around and see what he could do for me. WOW I THOUGHT! Here is a guy truly committed to helping a perfect stranger out on a last-minute request. Real life tells me that most people would be polite and thank me for calling and kindly say they are sorry and have other commitments while wishing me luck! Not Emerson Cleaners! Gregory called me back and told me he and another staffer and maybe another could be at my Daughters New Apartment at 8 am on Tuesday ready to go and committed to solving OUR FAMILY disaster! I was in shock for in approx. 15 minutes or so I SOLVED my daughters' "Disaster"! And the quote. was very, very reasonable and competitive given the circumstances at hand. I felt like a HERO!! THANK YOU "Emerson Cleaners". As most parents already know you cannot force a decision or your views on a young adult daughter. That dog just won't hunt so as a parent you must make it a suggestion or option if your child feels differently. So I shared the option with her and asked her to make a decision. Unbeknownst to me she had reached out to the former apartment maintenance technician who had a friend who cleaned houses and apartments. Given that professional relationship she felt more comfortable going that direction which we did; And they cleaned the NEW APARTMENT on Monday Afternoon and the move was completed late that evening. I was exhausted and sore from the move and mentally relieved that the crisis was resolved, knowing my daughter was somewhat at peace and the apartment moving project completed!! So what started on Monday as an early riser fraught with challenges and problems in the morning while ending with completion and
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gregory and his team are amazing, I couldn't been more happy. They are professional, super detail and so easy to work with. Gregory had great communication before, during and after the service. I had such a bad experience with my last cleaning lady. Being that I am from out-of-state and all communication were done through emails and phone calls it was hard for me to find someone I could trust. With Gregory that was not the case, he made me feel comfortable and gave me peace of mind. I called last minute and he was able to schedule me in the following day. The place was tidy in no time. I'm so lucky to have found Gregory and his team.
