“We recently built a new home and had an excellent experience with Chantal and the rest of the Engrained team. Chantal was amazing from the day we walked into their Flagstaff show room and looked at samples, all the way through final touch ups after install. She created a design for all of the areas of our house, went over pros and cons of the different choices and materials, answered tons of questions, helped make tweaks based on our budget, and then was extremely easy to communicate with via email, phone, and text throughout finalizing all of the details, fabrication, delivery, and install.We are totally in love with how our cabinets turned out, Chantal helped us make semi-custom/stock cabinets feel extremely custom by designing different ways to mount them, creating “legs” for a more furniture-look, etc., and she collaborated with their custom shop to build a vanity for one of the bathrooms (which they were extremely detailed with)!Even though our house is in north Phoenix, the shop came to field measure and check conditions prior to install. The install team was very kind, professional, and thoughtful, the installed multiple different types of hardware and reassured me that I was not being annoying for having a few different types (lol). They were unhappy with how some of the trim turned out and returned with different materials to make sure the final result was to their and our satisfaction.I will say that we did have a little difficulty with scheduling because we had a tight window between flooring, cabinets, and then countertop measure and install, so, if we were going through the process again, we would just be sure to communicate our schedule more clearly so we could coordinate between the different companies and make adjustments more smoothly.Overall, we are so so happy with Engrained’s professionalism and how everything turned out! I would (and have!) recommend Chantal to everyone I know, she was such a pleasure to work with that we truly consider her a friend (:I was having a difficult time finding a good, responsive, detailed cabinet company while building the rest of the house and working full time, so we are very grateful to have had a chance to work with this team as they made the process go smoothly. We would absolutely reach out to Chantal and Engrained again for future projects.“
