Brian and Ephran have always been really helpful. They keep that place clean and organized. There is another gal who just started who is pretty awesome too. All three of them are really cool. You would think this place is small when you first walk in but they have a huge, huge warehouse with pretty much everything made by Mapei and Schluter. I mean I’m talking shower pans shelf inserts every type of thin set you could think of including Readymix and also bunch of other awesome items from other brands like Ruby and Dewalt including some of the best tile saws and tile cutters I’ve ever seen. They have a great selection of tile level spacing systems and I have yet to find any online retailer that could match their price on pretty much any product including Schluter Detra and the Ruby rail system.This place is always popping of course cause they’re the only place in town that carries these brand names and on top of that like I said they carry pretty much everything made by these brands so they’re always super super busy so you gotta be patient and wait your turn. It’s good to go in there with a basic plan. Everything they sell is excellent and if they have two or more brands of a similar product all of them are equally good or close to it. Even the best trowel at a big box store can’t compete with the cheapest trowel in this store.There are two veterans and a newbie running this huge store with the best of everything and it’s the only store like it within hundreds of miles. If you want to know about Flooring basics look it up on the Internet like the rest of us. If they don’t seem busy, it’s game on, otherwise don’t waste all our time in the store asking which tile, product, or method is the best. You’re gonna love whatever you buy from here…just get it and leave.

I needed about $2500 worth of material and wanted to buy it local. I checked pricing on Amazon, Home Depot, google, etc. Then walked in to Big D’s and expected to pay a little more, but was ok with that if it was reasonably close to same price online. It ended up getting a better price and twice the value. I met Brian who is a pro and helped answer any question I had and guided me in the right direction for my project. Thanks Big D’s!

Very good store, they serve you well, the friendly staff, they serve you in English and Spanish, a small detail, a person who works there, speaks very loudly, he seems to be angry, but that's how he speaks, don't get confused, but he is friendly, the person has all kinds of tools, tools and whatnot. don't find them they will get it for you
