    I recently had some serious discomfort, redness, watering etc. I my eyes. I made an appointment at Barnett Dulaney Perkins in Flagstaff, and was seen by Dr. Matthew Bills whom I had not seen before. Dr. Bills told me he suspected a rare condition called Ocular Cicatricial Pemphigoid and referred me to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. As it turns out, this condition, if left untreated, inevitably leads to blindness. Because it is rare, not all ophthalmologists are familiar with the symptoms or the disease. I am thankfully being treated, and I believe my vision will be saved. If not for Dr. Bills, I would be traversing a dark path right now and I’m eternally grateful... read full review

    Well my experience was ok I guess.. I had my cataracts removed. All went ok.. But each visitI had. I felt I was rushed to get up right after the surgery. My follow up appointments was ok. But still I was rushed in and out really fast.. It is noticeable that it's important for them to pack in many people for appointments as possible. But that does impact the care for the one receiving care.. When being rushed in and out. You forget to ask the important questions you have about your care and the lubricant eye drops, the sample the doctor offers you.. You don't get. Because your rushed out..Hopefully this changes and don't rush you like that..I was offered... read full review

    I HAD BEEN pleased with this clinic four years ago. Now, not so much. Still satisfied with the doctor. There seems to be two separate computer systems: One in the lobby to check in and a another one in the exam room. I updated my primary care provider in the lobby, but to my surprise, it HAD NOT been updated in the exam room computer. It is surprising that in the 21st century, two computers in the same clinic cannot 'talk' to each other.Making appointments is confusing. After my appointment, I was led to the lobby to make a follow-up appointment in a few months. The usual appointment station at the exit apparently was not available.
