I called and was able to get same day appointment for haircut. Ciera fit me in and was an excellent listener. She gave me feedback and recommendations based on what I requested to make sure I was ok with what she was planning to do. My haircut looks fantastic! I absolutely recommend booking with Ciera!

Great location and excellent staff. Jordan did a fantastic job on my hair, she is very thoughtful, diligent, and kind. Not only does my hair look amazing, but also feels soft and clarified.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I understand not everyone has the ability to. It short hair, I believed what I stated was clear. It's seemed the hairdresser and I both agreed it wasn't the best haircut and she admitted she did what she could. The staff said I could come back next week to hopefully fix it. Will update review once I come back. But it felt like I just wasn't listened too when I set everything up front. I was a hairstylist for 6 years including my time at beauty school. So I know how this goes. I would've preferred if my stylist said "hey, I know what you're looking for, I'm not the person to do it.
