I almost didn't contact them just because I hate my name haha but I'm so glad I did call them because they were the only company who were helpful. Jim seemed like he genuinely cared and understood what was going on even before he came out, based on my description, and that was consistent throughout the work. He had to rent a tool to handle the situation properly evidently because his broke and was just overall ridiculously diligent in understanding and properly handling the situation from the start.
