I have been coming here since they first opened and I love Doctor Small. However the office staff is horrible now. Most of them are rude and it's also very hard to make appointments.

I needed blood work done quickly. The doc went out of her way to get my blood drawn and have it picked up the same day. Really appreciate the timely service while I was in a pinch to get my results back soon.

I would give only one star but to be fair, I have had decent experiences with the doctors. One time a doctor saw me on a Saturday remotely to get me much needed antibiotic.However the doctors turn over so fast, just when I get comfortable with one, Austin Grace moves on, Keith Arnold moves on… but worse than that is the complete confusion caused by their corporate structure. Call center in Phoenix mis-handles appointments, completely goofed up in cardiology when i tried to replace an old CPAP. A complete waste of time, coming in for multiple unnecessary appointments, being told I would be connected with a local provider for equipment, and then not following through...read full review
