Brandon came out to clean our windows within a couple days. Our place is very modern and has several large sliding windows that were in need of cleaning. Wow! How nice to see out at our beautiful views again without a layer of dirt. Windows are sparkling and tracks/frames all cleaned up. Brandon Will definitely be our go to guy to maintain them!

I found this salon through Google and noticed that Alyssa had a lot of positive comments so I booked with her. I have been going to the same hairstylist for the past 20 years so seeing someone new was a little nerve wracking. However, I felt completely comfortable once I met Alyssa. She was upbeat and friendly, listened to what I wanted, and also gave suggestions and recommendations. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up doing something a little different than normal based on her recommendations, and I love it! Even my husband commented that he prefers the way Alyssa did my hair vs my longtime stylist. :-) Alyssa is a perfectionist and it shows. I will definitely be back!

We got married on 6/8/24. The Glam Squad team was good to work with on my wedding day. The communication from inquiry to the day of was good. Everything had to be done in one long thread of an email so nothing would get lost. Their services and expectations were outlined nicely so I could share it with my people getting their hair/makeup for the wedding. However, they did arrive a few minutes late, but set up quickly. The application of everything was great, makeup lasted all day, hair lasted all day. There was a slight unprofessionalism within the team around clients (too personal stories, language), time management was an issue and we went over 30 minutes. Overall, a decent choice for a smaller town and an on-location set up instead of in their salon.
Hands down the best salon in Flagstaff!! I’ve been seeing Indigo for over a year and I cannot recommend her more. She’s incredibly professional and talented, but I also feel like I’ve hung out with a friend every time I leave the salon. She has clear personal connection with all of her clients and makes an effort to remember hair preferences and personal details. I’m picky about my hair and have always left Indigo’s chair feeling refreshed and confident!!
Wow, what an amazing experience, I have an adult autistic son and took him in and Julia was amazing with him. Was calming, patient and did a fantastic job. I had planned on getting a haircut in my hometown in Louisiana before my road trip to Vegas, but unfortunately I couldn’t. Luckily I was able to make an appointment with Dave the one day I was in flagstaff, really glad I did. Dave did a phenomenal job. Best fade/cut I’ve ever had. Thanks to him I know the cut I will be telling my barber to do from now on. Well worth the $85.
I’ve struggled finding a reliable barber for many years in flagstaff. Growing up here it was almost impossible to find a good barbershop. I’ve been to almost every single one. This barbershop is something special and has the most reliable professionals in the barbering community. They have open availability and always looking for new clients. I encourage others if you are skeptical about someone not being able to cut your type of hair to come here. Finding someone to cut my type of hair is something I’ve struggled with most of my life. This place really opened my trust back up to others cutting my hair. They take the time to listen and satisfy your hair desires. A barbershop full of true professionals is hard to find. You will find that here at One of One Barber lounge. Come spend your money on something that will provide value to your life.

Only been here about 5 times over the years but the students are awesome. Arianna cut my hair to day and did an incredible job in a short amount of time. I felt bad not allowing the artist to have the necessary time but I had my kiddo and had to run. Even still, the fade and trim off the top was very, very even. I have a lot of grey hairs so if you know about haircuts it’s really hard to get everything right all around and my grey hairs are distributed unevenly. She also was cool to talk to. I’m a talker and she was very witty and funny and just straight up nice. The kid that was on before me walked out of there with an insanely precise fade and cut.As a side note this shop is big and when your training students it’s very hard to keep to a perfect schedule because you have no idea what kind of hair you will be cutting and the style they want. Haircuts can range from a few minutes to well over an hour so when you make an appointment be understanding of that fact. Those who know about shops, especially those who do a lot of fades, already know the deal but don’t be all bent up if they don’t get to you right away or if the cut takes longer than usual.

Jorgia leads her business with such professionalism, attention to detail and care for her clients. I had paid for a lash lift as a birthday gift for my niece. Unfortunately the perm didn’t take (Jorgia made the right call to only leave the solution on for the allotted time and not exceed it) and the lift was very minimal. I reached out to Jorgia and she was prompt in her response as well as her solution. To ensure her lashes wouldn’t be damaged with another round of perm solution, Jorgia was flexible and exchanged services to ensure my niece would leave with a happy smile and oh, what a smile! My niece has never had extensions so we went with the classics and what a beautiful set!! Jorgia was so prompt in rescheduling my niece that it was less than 24 hours before she applied the lashes and I have never been so impressed with a business! This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company! I had a kitchen faucet leaking and called Assurance Plumbing on a Friday afternoon to check their availability, thinking I'd have to wait until at least Monday. But, no! They would be here within the hour! The service tech determined that we'd need a replacement fixture and offered to go get the needed parts or have me go purchase the replacement. In less than 40 minutes from my first phone call, my kitchen sink was working perfectly! ~Polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick service.~ I highly recommend Assurance Plumbing!
Had a problem on a Friday where my sewage was coming out my clean out indicating a problem in the main line. Bobby showed up after regular hours. He snaked without success. He then went to back to the warehouse and got the hydro-jet and a co worker. They cleared the line around 9:30 pm. We were so thankful! I also had dealings with Amy and Carey after this initial visit. Both were excellent. Their honesty saved us time and money, and the issue was resolved in the utmost professional manner. Thank you!

Blake was able to rekey our locks; install a locking door handle on the primary bedroom; and reprogram the garage door opener to include synching it with my car's homelink system. He was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
Allen was upfront with the challenges I might experience in programming my cheap Chinese Amazon fobs for 17’ Honda Pilot and the disclaimer that you will get charged $60 even if the programming fails. He suggested that clients buy one key from him and cheap spares elsewhere if needed (with a good return policy), and that would avoid paying for his time and leaving empty handed.
Not only do I appreciate the disclaimer and willingness to put some effort into a product not purchased in store, but I also learned about the complications of programming keys for Nissan Rogues and newer Subarus. Service and info I would have not gotten at a dealer.

Exceptional service! Very friendly team from the receptionist answering the phone and scheduling to the guys that showed up to actually do the work. We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! The carpets, couch and headboard look awesome and we are super pleased with the price as well. Definitely would use TG's again.
I have used this company for many years now and have always been pleased with Thane;s company. I've enjoyed meeting Thane's dad when he assisted him a couple of times. Thane is very professional and fixed my new carpet after my son's puppy chewed a hole in it. After 8 years, you still can't see where the repair took place. Thane is so easy to work with and I love talking to him. My carpets never looked better.
We had a leaking hose bib on an outside faucet at our home. The fix required cutting out part of a wall to get to the pipes. While another plumber had told us to call a carpenter to do the cutting before they would attempt the repair, Magic Michael from Mammoth came in and completed the entire repair in just under 90 minutes. Wonderful! Michael definitely knows his stuff, took time to explain the entire process, and did a beautiful repair. We highly recommend Mammoth and will ask for Michael next time we need help. ?

Came here to get some spare lumber and wood pieces for my son, who likes learning to carve wood. They were very helpful! The woman who helped us talked to my son at length about wood types, wood safety, which wood was good for carving, etc. They let us pick out some stuff from their firewood pile and then they cut it into smaller pieces for us to fit in my car. We went to Mike's Floor Covering for Vinyl Plank Flooring. Their showroom has a wide variety of product and colors. Mike and his wife Lisa are absolutely amazing, seriously have never worked with a kinder, more professional team and we LOVE to support local businesses. They met our every request. Mike and his crew installed our flooring as soon as they received it. It looks beautiful. They were very respectful, neat, and clean. We highly recommend Mike's Floor Covering. They were the only flooring store in Flagstaff that really took the time to work with us and answer all of our questions without making us feel awkward or uneducated-as this was our first time working with a flooring company. DO NOT PARK OK 121 BIRCH. Apparently the lot is owned by These guys and they use economy towing company who will boot your car and fine you 180 dollars WITHOUT WARNING IN UNDER A MINUTE, it’s basically robbery. That’s barely, if enough, time to read the sign (attached) which is not even in front of all the spaces, which make it more sketchy. I know of a family member’s car and another mans car get booted within an hour of each other and I’m sure there were many others that day and since. I cannot believe this is legal if it is.
Steve and crew were very responsive. On time and worked! Not always easy to find in N AZ. My only concern was about the price. Came in a lot higher than the bid months before. COVID-19 supply chain shortages. He told me I got the only panel of this type in the state. I guess I should be happy about that! Over all competent and recommended

Mayan Landscaping has been an absolutely amazing partner for us in the maintenance of our home over in Continental. They handle our regular yard maintenance and have done debris removal when we organized the garage. He has always shown such professionalism and care. Our yard has never looked better! One of the things about Flagstaff is that I always feel like I can do the yard myself but the reality is, I just don’t have the time. We interviewed several companies for our landscaping project, and Lowe's Landscaping provided the most comprehensive plan, the most reasonable timeframe for completion, and they listened to what was important to us. Mike and his crew were professional, prompt, polite and very clean. They showed up early, quickly and quietly (electric tree trimmer along with traditional chainsaws) trimmed and sculpted our tree and hauled it all away. I’d highly recommend Mike and his crew for all of your tree trimming needs.

Arizona Tree Service is definitely a 5 star tree cutting service. Chris came on time. We had some very large Elm trees removed that were near buildings and power lines. Chris and his crew knew how to work around the obstacles. Everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind. I recommend Arizona Tree Service and will use them again.

I’ve been a patient here for many years. The hygienists are great, the office is extremely patient centered and well organized, and dr. Henkenius brings a high skill level to his work. On more than one occasion I’ve benefitted from his ability to measure, make and install a crown in one day. He also has great contacts with other dental specialists in flagstaff.After some short term experience with dental offices in another part of the country, it really makes me appreciate the great customer care of this practice!

One of the positives about Dr. Janisse is that almost all your dental needs can be taken care of at FLD. This saves a lot of frustration and hassle and stress when trying to coordinate with other dental disciplines. Most recently, when I was examined prior to the start of an implant, Dr. Janisse noticed decay on an adjacent tooth. His assistant provided me with a guesstimate of the cost, which was a factor in my decision as to whether or not to address the decay now. The decay was treated and the implant progressed smoothly. Dr. Janisse was very laid-back and patient with his assistant and me. He also has a great playlist ;-)
There are not enough ways to praise Dr Adham and the Chiropractic Joint. If you are considering giving chiropractic a try, or trying a new chiropractor, stop considering and make a call. They have super convenient hours and will always work with you, they are incredibly flexible. Dr Adham corrected a hip problem that had played me for 15 years. I had seen chiropractors, had CT guided injections, physical therapy, osteopathic manipulation. All I actually needed was Dr Adham!

Dr. Wes is an amazing chiropractor and really focused on the self improvement of me as a patient rather than just doing a few quick clicks on my neck and sending me on my way. I saw Dr. Betsy for chiropractic care during both of my pregnancies and am forever grateful that she agreed to be my doula for my second baby’s birth. Betsy helped me heal from debilitating lower back pain early in my second pregnancy and balance my body for a healthy pregnancy and smooth and fast second birth (after a very long Labor with my first.) She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the pregnant body and birth physiology. Her adjustments are always gentle and felt safe and healing. I’ve taken both of my babies to her for very gentle pediatric adjustments too. She takes the time to get to know all her clients, and her compassionate intuitive presence and encouraging words at just the right moments were so vital and uplifting for me during the challenges of pregnancy and birth. I can’t recommend Betsy highly enough for any of your family’s chiropractic needs- she’s simply amazing ❤️❤️

Can I give more than five stars? I have a vet in the valley I usually take my baby girl to, but we came into a situation I needed a vet up here. Everything happens for a reason... Even if I move back to the valley, the two hour drive back to this clinic is worth it. I love my dog a little too much, I know that and I can recognize that. I was scared for her, although I didn't need to be, and I was torn. They didn't only take care of my pup but me too, lol. They assured me and comforted me. They didn't even rush me out after the check out. They just let me talk about her for a good minute. Made me feel comfortable about our situation. They called me a couple of days later. Made sure she was good. My normal vet doesn't do that, he expects you to update him. Small to intense medical issues I would trust this clinic. And I mean that to the bottom of my heart. My furry little companion is extremely important to me and I would literally put her life in this staffs hand.

From the front desk to the veterinarians, to the back of house taking care of diagnostics, I have been very pleased with the whole care team. Dr. Baker is the very best vet in town. She goes above and beyond to be affordable, considerate, thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and above all, a genuinely kind human being. She has cared for many of my cats and dogs, and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear that her number one priority is their health and well-being. She instantly gave me a second opinion when my cat was seeking emergency treatment from another vet while he was clearly losing his life from a mis-diagnosis. She quickly saw him, properly diagnosed him, and he instantly got better. I am eternally grateful, and will continue to encourage anyone in town to go to her for their beloved fur-children. My dogs have seen several of the vets at West Side and it has all been amazing care. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.
Adopted a stray cat we found in pretty dire straits in Roswell on a road trip from Ohio to Sedona, AZ and they were able to get us in the day of on an emergency visit, got our little guy up to date on all his vaccinations, and were incredibly hospitable through the entire process. Every single member of the staff here are absolute rockstars, I wish they weren't 1500+ miles away from us at home or I would absolutely make them my primary care provider for our cats!
We are from TN and have been hiking all week with our goldendoodle. He desparately needed a bath! We called 30 min before closing and rushed on over. The lady was extremely nice! We were so thankful to get our fur baby cleaned up. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help us.

Everything is so clean and nice. I can't believe I used to wash my big fluffy dog in my own bathtub. They have everything you need to get your dog all nice and clean.
The only thing that would have been cool is if they had a vacuum attachment to suck up the hair while you're brushing them.

Dropped into Melissa’s noon class as I was visiting from out of town. The studio was clean and the instructors were friendly! They had yoga mats and towels for anyone in need. And ice cold towels for savasana. Melissa gave plenty of options for everyone in the class. I will be coming back here!
I booked a next day appointment for a 60 minute massage. Jasmine was wondering and the entire experience was simple and relaxing. I wish I was local but look forward to rebooking next time I'm in town!

Melissa is very intuitive and talented in the field of Rolfing and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I've seen her for both and would highly recommend. I've been seeing Melissa almost weekly for close to 3 years for cranial sacral sessions. I am affected by a painful neurological disorder that is difficult to treat/control. Melissa's treatments really help me keep this disorder in check so I can function normally most of the time. Best massage of my life, and I've had a lot of massages. I just bicycled from San Francisco to Flagstaff, and so my body is pretty wrecked. Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I wish I could take Carmen with me for the rest of my bicycle tour. If you are in Flagstaff, don't pass up the opportunity to have this maestra work on you!

Recently, I went and saw Jon to do some muscle testing to confirm what I felt like was some food intolerances/allergies that I had. Specifically gluten and yeast.
