“It was a tale as old as time.My father in law wanted a new hose fitting post-water softener so he could wash his cars.With sawzall in hand he said “watch this” and cut the water main in half.No big deal, we just need to solder in a new fitting, how hard can it be?A new filing, a little bit of solder and a lot of heat and just like that a fitting was attached, it seemed so easy.And then we turned the water back on.And it went everywhere.So we turned the water off and began again.Burned a bit of the wall with the blowtorch.More leaks.A trip to the hardware store for new pipe sections and more gas for the torch.And again, solder starting to drip and pile up on the garage floor.More leaks.By now it had been hours. People were thirsty.The garage was wet. It was getting dark.Grandma had to pee.A thunderstorm was rolling in, and the lessor plumbers that we called all refused to come or were many hours away.Finally we found E.R. Tankless & Plumbing, and Roland was able to come within the hour, even at this dire hour!He quickly identified the mistakes and set about fixing things properly. He cleaned up our mess and installed quickly, efficiently and for a very fair price.We learned a very important lesson in DIY plumbing, which is next time, just call E.R. Tankless & Plumbing.“

“Pop's plumbing came out installed me hybrid heat pump hot water tank and fixed both out side faucets. The job was one that was time consuming due to switching to a new tank system and having to be re-piped about 20 feet.The tank works fantastic and the piping he did looks great. His bid for the job was fantastic, no one came close to it, glad I hired him and would recommend him to anyone I know.Don't hesitate, grab him if you can.“

“What can I say, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I had a backflow specialist that had been helping us out for several years, but he then retired. I was then quoted a ridiculously high amount for a leaky backflow with a recommendation to replace it, which I found to be nonsensical given that the backflow was only 10 years old. Anyway, I started looking for a new vendor, and I got Dave’s number from another backflow specialist. Not only was he willing to travel down multiple hours to southern Arizona to help me out, he spent a great deal of time with me on the phone to explain what the possible problems were for a 6” and 1” backflow, and he even periodically communicated with me to give me an update. We settled on a price, which was far less than my previous backflow specialist quoted, and we were just waiting to have Dave receive a license from the city to repair the backflows. Fortunately (and unfortunately), my manager hired someone that was already contracted with the city to make the necessary repairs, so it was bittersweet in that the problem was solved, but I could not use Dave to complete the repairs. I hope to use Dave in the future for whatever projects we have, and he truly emphasizes both honest and amazing customer service, two qualities that seem to be diminishing in today’s society. I couldn’t recommend Dave more to anyone that needs to have their backflows checked and serviced, and I hope he gets to read this review because he really was helpful.“
