John and his staff were fantastic!! John and staff built new commercial restrooms for our wedding and event venue in Surprise and I am so glad we chose Grand Building. Being a business owner, I have worked with many GC’s and John is top rated for sure. Responsible, reliable, and on time is what stuck out to me plus they do excellent work. Timeline’s were always on point and when they said they would be there, they were. I would definitely build again with John and his crew

John and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room remodel Replaced upper cabinets in kitchen, door/drawer fronts on kitchen lowers and in bathrooms. New custom built cabinets in laundry room. House feels 20 years newer! Tile work was amazing in our kitchen and shower as well. Highly recommended to anyone. He's in high demand so don't wait to get started. Can't wait to do our floors with him next!!!Services: Tile work installation
