Anwar was very welcoming on my first day and gave me a tour of the facility.The lady at the front desk took my measurements and tried to upgrade me straight away but I was firm and told them I wanted to do the two week trial first. Glad I did cause it just wasn't for me.I am pretty active (60 minute cardio & weights most days) but this type of quick moving activity was too jarring for me.The space is set up like a big garage area with mats and equipment. Each guest participates in a HIIT type activity. The music is LOUD and it was hard to hear what was being asked of me.I was paired up with another person who had been doing it for years which was helpful.I did 8 sessions...read full review
