Anwar, Wendy and Summer were great but I unfortunately, I could only take the afternoon classes taught by Amanda. She was not very friendly or helpful. All other instructors were very motivating and welcoming. I never felt comfortable in Amanda's class and it was clear she had her favorites. If you can attend in the morning, I would totally recommend this place. If the afternoon instructor ever changes, I will be returning.
Anwar was very welcoming on my first day and gave me a tour of the facility. The lady at the front desk took my measurements and tried to upgrade me straight away but I was firm and told them I wanted to do the two week trial first. Glad I did cause it just wasn't for me.I am pretty active (60 minute cardio & weights most days) but this type of quick moving activity was too jarring for me.The space is set up like a big garage area with mats and equipment. Each guest participates in a HIIT type activity. The music is LOUD and it was hard to hear what was being asked of me.I was paired up with another person who had been doing it for years which was helpful.I did 8 sessions over the two weeks and honestly, it just wasn't for me. Nothing against them, I just love being outside and listening to music while enjoying my alone time.No social distancing or masks required. Everyone is touching the equipment so I'm glad I waited until I was fully vaccinated to come.Nothing against what they've got going on. Clearly people see the benefit cause each class was packed. For $100+ a month I was hoping for personal training (which I was led to believe was included) but there is no time or space for that to happen so maybe that was my interpretation. Make sure you're in tip top shape for all that is required. I had PT for a foot issue last summer and felt it most classes. They modify the workouts but no chance this will work for you if you have any pains.
