“It is with tremendous gratitude ??, that I would like to personally thank Pamela, for taking the time to; first of all speak with me and listen, as I explained that I was looking for another stylist, due to the fact, that I had an hair appointment scheduled for that Saturday afternoon, and the stylist informed me, she could not do my hair, as she had a weave to do that she forgot about. My appointment was scheduled on Monday earlier in the week, and I had adjusted my schedule, and was expecting to have my hair done. I understand that mix-ups and life happens, but you still must honor your appointment somehow. I was very disappointed, upset, and decided, this was unacceptable to me. Therefore, I begin to look for another Black Stylist, and was ?? I could find one, that would be:1. Honorable in and to their profession2. Respectful of their clientele; no matter how much the service fee would be3. If you have to make changes as life happens, try to still honor what was agreed upon, even if its on another dayObviously, God answered my prayers, when he led me on my search to reach out to Pamela, and as I mentioned earlier she listened to me, and then was trying to help me resolve this dilemma, as she could tell I was upset, and I had been going to this other salon for about a year.Now, let's talk about my amazing experience with Pamela. I know God heard my prayers, as I wanted to find and support a Black Stylist, who loved her Profession and Honored her clientele. Her SALON is BEAUTIFUL WARM and WELCOMING ??. Her attention is on serving you, and she does magnificent work!⭐️ I ended up going to her twice in one week. I had to get my hair shampooed, conditioned, cut, blow-dryed, silk-press, and curled. Then I came back later in the week for Crochets. I absolutely loved the way she took care of my hair, and served me. If you are need of a Stylist that is honorable to her profession and her clientele, and she only serves one client at a time, and she is a consumate professional; then you have found her. When I booked an appointment at Mood Beauty Studio, it was no secret I was nervous when walking in. But almost instantly, I was presented with such a warm and welcoming presence from my assigned stylist, Haley, that brought me out of my shell. To say I am beyond happy with my color correction would be an understatement! Not only was Haley incredibly skilled and knowledged with hair coloring, but she was immensely helpful in providing advice for future reference, such as products to use and mistakes to avoid in the future if doing some at home coloring. Empathetic and understanding, Haley talked me through the best plan to fix my hair to achieve what I wanted, and it came out amazing!!! Not only are you paying for talented work, you are also paying for amazing customer service and inspiring motivation! “This was my first time ever getting any type of hair removal for myself. I've wanted to experience hair free legs since I was 13 but I thought my hair was too thick and it wouldn't work. I'm soo happy I discussed my thoughts with Lorraine. She made me feel comfortable and walked me thru the process. She said I might feel stubby but to shave my legs.
