We hired Kyle to paint the exterior of our home and shed. We live in Pronghorn Ranch, which has an HOA with specific requirements for exterior painting. After getting about 7 bids (everyone said I had to ask their painter for a bid!), we selected Kyle for his reasonable cost as well as his enthusiasm and genuineness, and we were never sorry about our choice. We put down a deposit late last year to get on his schedule for spring. Even though he had to work around some unexpected weather in March, Kyle did a fabulous job for us! I can't tell you how many neighbors and passers-by stopped to get his business card when admiring his work. We worked together to select the proper paint finishes and color locations for our three-color house. Kyle did an exceptional job of prepping, repairing stucco and trim, as well as attention to detail on the pop-outs. We added on a few jobs for him, including changing out all our exterior lighting, painting portions of our Arizona room, and even staining our gate slats and painting the gate frames (after sanding down the terrible original work done 20 years ago) without breaking the bank. Kyle showed up when he said he would and communicated with us throughout the entire project. In fact we like Kyle so much, we had him to dinner after the project was completed! Not only did we get a superior exterior paint job on our home, we made a new friend.You can see before and after photos below.
