SEDONA! THERE IS A HIDDEN GEM YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT! ***** Danielle Hendryx of Verde Valley Myofascial Release ***** is AMAZING at what she does. I've seen her on and off for about 3 years now. I had to go back to her recently after an unfortunate chiropractic injury that left me with difficulty breathing, sleeping, and standing for very long. In just a few sessions she has helped me SO much. Today's session was the best session I ever had with her. Why? Because Danielle is super intuitive and not afraid to go deep when necessary. She intuitively did all the right things, and worked hard to get some amazing results for me. I had so many releases and my entire rib cage feels opened up and at peace after weeks of severe knots, pulls, tightness and restriction. I feel like I'm floating on a cloud, and just had to come home and yell from the rooftop about her skill. If you're willing to drive the 15 minutes to Cottonwood, you should check her out. Myofascial Release Therapy can shift the body out of fight or flight, release anti-inflammatory cytokines in the body, help to release stuck trauma trapped in the tissues, and make you feel gooood! Danielle has mad skillz - at both the physical aspect of myofascial release and the emotional aspect that can arise with trauma release. She is well prepared to deal with anything that may come up in a session. She gets FIVE STARS from me! *****
