This was my first time using Spot Masters and was pleasantly surprised. After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to use them. Today I picked up my dry cleaning, earlier than promised, and was extremely satisfied! Service was great, employees very friendly and very helpful. We moved to the area 2 years ago; I was dismayed when I saw the 2 star ratings but needed dry cleaning for some clothing. I was very pleased with the results. Two years later I have had everything from sleeping blankets to personal clothing, cleaned and the ladies receiving and returning my items have been very kind and helpful and I have 100% been pleased with the quality of service; their fees are reasonable - would highly recommend them.
