I deleted my old review of 3 stars to change it to 5. Mainly because of the customer service i received from the new acting manager named Cash. He was attentive, and addressed my concerns right away with no issue. He made me feel valued as a customer as well. I remember when he started and noticed then how he was always putting in extra effort stocking things and cleaning. The men's restroom even smelled a little better after he started (we all thought that was impossible). Corporate, take care of this young man, he takes great care of us.
The staff here are incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to help. The free weights along with the cardio equipment will keep you going for hours. They offer TVs there for when you need to distract yourself to keep going, they also have massage chairs, tanning, and very clean bathrooms.
Employees are great , facility is small but nice and well kept. The only downside is their assistant manager Ashley. She is the most condescending person I have ever encountered. Not kidding. She treats you as if you are her employee. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership specifically because of her.
