I recently had total knee replacement surgery. I am very motivated and was looking forward to PT to get me back to a new normal. Tarrin and his team did not disappoint. From my first appointment I knew I was in the right place. I was encouraged and challenged every time I went. All the folks there remember you so you don't feel like a number. I improved much faster than I thought I would, mostly because they listened to me and gave me the exercises I needed to improve. I must admit even though I felt ready to move on I was sad to leave them all.

I am not one to take time to write reviews but I think this is important. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with a local physical therapy office in Cottonwood. After having a 2nd ACL reconstruction, I understand the importance of having a good Physical Therapist where the foundation is based on trust, knowledge and professionalism. Dan meets all these requirements. He is a great PT and all the staff there is wonderful. I know that I am in good hands with Dan and the techs that work for him. I consider myself blessed and so thankful for Northern Arizona Rehabilitation & Fitness.

I was so glad I chose this rehab center. They know what they're doing and I followed through on my end and they got me back in the gym. The staff really enjoy their work and they are like a family. I'll be back if I ever need it for sure!
