Sweet people, but you want to think about cleaning some items. I brought in a duvet+cover. Price was $30 for cleaning the duvet, plus $35 for cleaning the cover. Took two weeks, which is what it normally takes. So I would not do it again. I would just throw out the cover and buy a new one from Amazon, which would cost less, about $25 or $30. So, unless you have some kind of exceptionally pricey cover, buy a new one from Amazon instead.

While I agree with many of the reviews. Being the only game in town with zero competition has allowed Cottonwood Dry Cleaners to get away with poor service that would not be tolerated in larger cities. However, I can attest to their honesty and integrity. I dropped off a few shirts and a sports jacket. I thought I had gone through all the pockets, but I had missed a $100 bill. The woman ran up to my car and handed it back to me. Later I stopped by and gave her a $20 to thank her. Say what you will about service and performance, but these folks have class.
