Was very specific on the phone with both Robert and the dispatched electrician for my electrical needs do not recall being told there is a $135 service fee ( I’m sure he did tell me). The dispatched electrician took a look at what I needed and was very upfront and honest within about 10 or so minutes looking at the issue told me this would take him a very long time due the work and he would have to do research that I was better off finding someone else. -3 stars as there is a service fee for no work rendered. +2 stars as the electrician was very kind and honest. Seems odd to get charged for something no other company charges (that I have called ) to look at the same...read full review
