PERFECTION FROM THE PICKIEST PERSON!! I never do reviews, but I have to this time. Henry is the best I have ever experienced in my life. I started going to Cottonwood nails last year. I am so particular that the owner recommended Henry., so I only started getting Henry about three months ago. My nails grow upward and they are not easy to do. I am 65 yo this year, I have been getting my nails done for 40 years now. I have lived in so many different places have had more than 50 people work on them to date. He's perfection. 1st time using this salon .... AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Rude and gel polish didnt last a week, 4 days chipping and coming off.
I had my nails done a couple of weeks ago by the older lady. She watched a movie on her phone the whole time. Not friendly at all! Only time she spoke to me was to rudely say do this, do that. Telling me not to move (i crossed my legs), to reinsert my hand in the dryer when light went off. "You have to do your part so i can do my job. I cant do both"

My sister and mother warned me but decided to try it anyway since this was the only place I called that could get me in the same afternoon.?Ok experience……. Left feeling like a got a mini pedicure for a regular price. Massage was maybe 2 mins each foot and left feeling like I didn’t get my $35 worth. No one really talks to you and no one asked me what pedicure I wanted. Half way through I asked if they had a menu for pricing and found out they have many different kinds but none were offered to me. I’m not from here and I would definitely try other places if I come back to Cottonwood to visit.
