Everything you want in a CrossFit box. Amazing coaches, solid programming, wonderful, welcoming community. My only wish is that I could be there more than I am! Everyone local should join and visitors to the area should make sure to drop in, they won’t be disappointed :)

We dropped in for a week while visiting the area and had an excellent experience! We were made to feel completely at home and like we were members of the box. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and inviting! And Cristy lead classes so well and is a total sweetheart! We will be back if we ever come to the area again!

I love this gym! I'm a newbie to crossfit and Sheryl and her team made me feel right at home by creating an awesome learning environment.I love the community aspect of crossfit and highly recommend this gym! They have awesome space with up-to-date equipment. Thank you CCC for allowing me to join in on the fun.
