Would give more stars if I could. I went to see Mira because I couldn't hardly turn my head because of pain in my neck and shoulder blade area.
OM gosh...I was completely relaxed by the time I left. I don't think there was one muscle in my body that she didn't massage, all the way down to my fingertips, and even my face, which BTW, feels amazing!
She has amazing hands and an amazing technique. She's very thorough with her pre-massage assessment, so she knows just what your needs are and how much pressure you prefer. My experience was not only deeper than what I was hoping for, Mira Bai was very knowledgeable and immediately helpful with my concerns before I even reached the treatment table. I have never had such a rich and powerful experience. Not only did I feel relaxed and rejuvenated, I felt taller, stronger and inspired. I also experienced her expertise further with her nurturing and safe demeanor. An added bonus for me was this tapped into something ancient and sacred that felt timeless and honoring of the healing alchemy between Source, Practitioner and Patient. Mira Bai is a rare gem to find.
I Definitely would refer a friend for this massage therapist. I have never had a massage that the next day after, I felt relief from the muscle pain I've had bcuz of the Fibromyalgia I now have.
