If you are looking for someone who will charge you 30% above his quote, will seal pipes without checking if he cut your main house line, will reuse parts of an old irrigation system without testing if they are defective or not and will "complete" his work leaving 5 or 6 major leaks running in your garden... Well, unfortunately, he is that guy. Also, he wont reply your emails... So don't even bother. I hate posting bad reviews, but I honestly wished I had read that one before hiring him. Would have save myself money, time and disappointment. The newly installed irrigation system has to be fixed, more money and time will have to be spent. Very expensive project.
